What is the purpose of this assessment?- The information collected is solely for the purpose of helping you better understand how your HR practices compare to HR Best Practices and to other companies. Your participation is confidential and it will not be shared with any outside agency or group.
Given the structure of our organization, some items do not apply to us - what should I do? - If the item does not apply to your company or if you are unsure, please leave it unanswered.
We have multiple locations, should I complete one assessment per location?
- Views / responses should reflect the main company that HR is responsible for. If multiple units have different policies, submit only one survey reflecting the policies of the corporate office.
What happens after I complete the assessment? Will I get immediate feedback?
- Yes. As soon as you submit your information, you will be given a quick score of your entries. An in-depth and detailed scorecard will be produced and e-mailed to you by one of our professional consultants within three business days.
